When you are choosing your wedding photography package, its important to keep a number of things in mind. It is the overall cost of your package that is important. With Z MEDIA, we strive to make sure you have everything you need included in your initial cost so that there are no after wedding expenses unless you decide you wish to upgrade a portion of your package. Here are some things that you may want to make sure you have in your package:
Image DVD – you’ll want full resolution images without watermarks or copyright restrictions. Every Z MEDIA package includes this.
Coffee Table Book – here, the number of pages, the size of the book and the quality of the book are all important. Books are all over the map from inexpensive press printed books to extremely expensive hand made books. Make sure to see an example of the book you will be getting in your package. We recommend a minimum of 8″ x 12″ with at least 30 sides. Many of our books are 9″ x 13″ with 40 or 60 sides. Here, you can always decide to upgrade the size of your book or number of pages later, but make sure you consider this in the overall cost of your wedding photography. All of our books are made in Italy or America.
Parent books – many of our packages include 2 parent books. As many parents are helping to pay for the wedding, this is a great “thank you” to them after the wedding. It also makes a great Christmas present.
Number of hours of photography – have a clear understanding of how long your photographer (or photographers) will be with you on your wedding day. Remember that this is an extremely long day for the photographer so only have them there during the time that they will actually be photographing.
Number of photographers – we always suggest at least two photographers per wedding. We do have single photographer packages for small events, but two is always better. We even offer three photographer coverage when needed.
Photo Video Photobooth – we offer photography, videography and photobooth services. Our people work seamlessly together and you only have one point of contact making your life easier!
Online hosting – you’ll want to be able to share your images online with your friends. Our online hosting also makes it easy to share your event on Facebook.
