This isn’t business as usual. It is also the reason that each of our photographers meets with their own perspective clients. We don’t just assign a photographer after the fact. You meet with your main photographer, view their work and interact directly with them to make sure it is a good fit. Whether you are working with Christopher and Julie directly, or one of our associate teams, you will receive the personal attention you deserve.
All inclusive packages – one of the things we hear all the time is how people love our packages. They include everything you need for a great price. Once you compare what we include at no additional charge with packages that require add-ons from others, you’ll see what a great value ZMEDIA truly is. For example – all of our photography packages include an Italian made coffee table book. This option alone can cost you thousands of dollars with other photographers.
Your images on disk – this is a big issue in the photography community and probably the number one question we are asked. We decided from day one to provide our clients with a fully edited disk of your wedding day images without any copyright restrictions or watermarks. Every image that gets uploaded to your online gallery is sent to you as a full resolution file to keep. These images are color corrected, processed and ready to print. There are no additional charges for this. When you compare this with others, this can be a huge savings in the cost of your package. And now – we even offer free digital downloads of low resolution files for your friends and family directly from your online gallery. You have the full resolution files that you can send to others if you wish, but if a friend just wants a low-res version of a file for Facebook or their computer, they can download one for free.
We specialize in 2 photographer packages - 2 photographers provide consistently better coverage and allow us to split up during the day as needed.
No mileage charges within northern Ohio – as long as your wedding is in the greater Cleveland, Akron, Canton and Columbus area, there are no mileage charges. Youngstown does have a slight mileage charge and may require overnight accommodations. Just ask us for details. We do limit engagement sessions to reasonable driving distances. If your wedding is in Cleveland and you want a Columbus engagement session, we may require mileage. As always, if your wedding is in Cincinnati or out of state, we will discuss travel/lodging options with you when we provide your quote.

Multiple services from one vendor – Our couples tell us that they want to deal with one vendor for photography/video/photobooth. Plus, our photographers and videographers work together on a regular basis. This makes a difference especially during a hectic wedding day. Each person on the team understands what the others need.
